We worked with this client to help them re-build their CRM and add more value to their CRM so that sales teams wanted to use the CRM instead of wanting to avoid it. We helped them increase adoption, increase number of users and create value.

Finding the right CRM is a difficult process. Our ambulance manufacturing client spent the right time and process to find not only the right CRM product but the right partner. Many of our clients tell us that they wanted to work with us and it wasn’t just about finding the right CRM. This client specifically adopted CRM to help track sales opportunities within the organization where there was little oversight in terms of tracking sales in the past.
Now an entire sales team tracks all of their opportunities using SugarCRM while the management and executive teams have purposeful reports that help them identify sales trends and activities to better plan the business.

Construction Materials Manufacturer
When it comes to CRM, the goal should be to simplify processes within an organization as much as possible. This client wanted to get their first CRM while also integrating their e-commerce platform, accounting, quoting system and WordPress into it as well.
The way their e-commerce platform works is that their customers can select a number of different products for sampling. They can then process the order through the e-commerce site but there was previously no easy way of tracking the leads or the orders. We simply built a custom module in SugarCRM to track the products and linked it to the Leads module. Not only can they track the Leads but they can assign follow up’s, automate delivery notifications and create a seamless experience for their customers.

Oil & Gas Industrial Product Manufacturer
Your CRM should be able to help respond to inquiries and information it has on your prospects and existing customers. One of our oil and gas clients does exactly this by tracking their customers with specific information about how engaged they are and where they are in the sales cycle. This client cares a lot about the customer lifecycle process and where their clients fit in it. This allows them to focus on the activities that are important at the right time of the sales process.

Payroll services company
When it comes to high volume sales and quotes, you don’t ever want to be slowed down. We built a custom quoting engine that allowed our client to quickly create quotes that were both available to product an exportable Word document or generate a DocuSign that could be sent for digital signature.
A full product catalogue is integrated directly into Sugar that allows sales representatives to quickly create quotes based on the type of customer they are speaking with. The DocuSign contracts are sent directly to the client and pre-populated with all of the correct data from Sugar. Once the contract is completed it can update SugarCRM with all of the relevant updated information.

Pre-fabricated Building Manufacturer
The Sugar quotes module has become one of the most important features of SugarCRM. This manufacturer wanted to not only utilize the out of the box quotes module but also wanted to create the flexility to switch between different languages with ease. Sugar is used to track leads, accounts and follow up’s while also generating quotes that are delivered by email directly to clients.
The product catalogue inside of Sugar contains all of the products, pricing and options that sales reps can use to quickly create quotes for their prospects.
