Since 2008, our team has continued to grow into a high performing group of CRM experts.  We have served over 150 customers since 2008 and continue to grow as a result of commitment to excellence and quality.  Eligeo CRM employs 6 full time employees and as well has a number of contractors that we work with to help make each and every interaction with our customers incredible.


Derek Major

Founder, CEO, Board Member

Derek founded Eligeo CRM in 2008 and has since moved into a consulting and business development role for the company. Derek has enjoyed a 14+ year career in the CRM space and is actively involved in learning new technologies as they relate to CRM. When Derek isn’t delivering CRM solutions he can be found cheering on the Vancouver Canucks, and spending time with his partner and their dog Kits.

James Falkener

Board Member

James joined Eligeo CRM in 2011 initially as an advisor and later as the head of operations for the business. James brings over 30 years of managerial experience and has successfully launched a number of businesses.  James also sits on a number of boards of start up companies including Fire Marque and Eligeo CRM.

Ashley D’Acquisto

Project Manager

Ashley joined Eligeo CRM in early 2016 as our new project manager.  Ashley’s role see’s her overseeing all of our project and support work for all of our clients.  In her role she is focused on helping customers have an incredible experience with Eligeo CRM.  When not juggling the projects and tasks at Eligeo CRM, Ashley can be found enjoying the outdoors and enjoying her passion with photography.

Arthur Chocholacek

Solutions Manager

Arthur joined Eligeo CRM in the fall of 2012 as a technical support resource and has grown into a role that has him overseeing all software development and customizations for customers at Eligeo CRM. Arthur is a certified SugarCRM expert, has extensive experience with PHP, and has a number of technical certifications. When Arthur isn’t busy with CRM he can be found playing the latest Batman video game, connecting with friends, and checking out the latest music band with his partner.

Karim Mahdi

Customer Success Manager

Karim re-joined Eligeo CRM in 2017 after being away from the company for a few years.  Karim was previously the technical lead for a Calgary-based oil & gas service company and prior to that was the technical service manager for Eligeo CRM.  Karim’s current role is focused on helping customers make the most of their CRM investments while helping onboard new customers.  In his spare time, Karim is a car enthusiast.  You can find him on the local race track trying his luck on the track competing against other car lovers.
