As a Junior Implementation Manager, your role is to help our clients execute and implement any of our platform products for clients including, Creatio, SugarCRM, MS Dynamics, and others.

In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with clients to help them implement different platform products by creating requirements documents, establishing detailed project plans, and working closely with the rest of the professional services team to deliver quality projects. As projects are assigned to you, you will be accountable for ensuring a successful configuration, and coordination of software development, rollout, and training.

As this is an entry-level role with Eligeo, you do not need any experience with any of the platform products although that would be an asset.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage internal and external project kick-offs and reviews.
  • In coordination with the professional services team, coordinate additional resources as needed to successfully complete a project.
  • Conduct initial high-level basic training for customers on platform products for clients
  • Manage iterations of work during project cycles to customize and configure platform products.
  • Manage working sessions, document requirements, and comments.
  • Customizing and configuring (non-code) platform products and third-party peripheral products to support project implementation.
  • Perform quality assurance and testing activities to ensure customizations meet requirements.
  • Produce release notes and documentation to support project outputs.
  • Develop training curriculums and supplementary training guides.
  • Develop all communication content for change management activities.
  • Conducting and coordinating migration of data from other systems.
  • Conducting and performing user training.


  • At least 2-3 years of Creatio/BPMOnline experience
  • Must have experience with business software tools.
  • An enthusiastic individual who can communicate well with clients.
  • Above-average documentation skills and ability to capture information into documents.
  • Microsoft Office experience is required.
  • Expert communicator and must be perfectly fluent in English both written and spoken.

Work Location

  • Remote Position with some travel.
  • Must be based in Canada or USA (except for Quebec).
