Small Businesses Taking Notice of CRM

If you’re a small business owner, I have no doubt that you have heard of the acronym CRM.  I think I’ve heard the term client relations manager, client relationship management some do get it right with customer relationship management but the thing I’m most excited about it is that small business owners are talking about CRM.

And you know what, right now is the perfect time to get into the CRM game.  Whether you’re a solopreneur or a seasoned veteran of 20+ years running a business, you can get into a CRM solution for a relatively low cost.

Are you just looking to track simple contacts?

Get into a boutique type CRM such as Nimble, Batchbook, Highrise or TealCRM.  These products are great entry level systems to show you the basics of a CRM system but still give you the flexibility to do more with engaging your customers than you are doing today.

If you’re looking to get a little more sophisticated with your CRM with workflow automation, forecasting tracking or more advanced integrations you can also look at a bevy of options such as SugarCRM or Salesforce.  The price points for these systems are a bit more but they pack a lot of functionality for the business that is looking to advance their way of doing things with their customers.

And finally, never discount the fact that you can also jump into the custom software game.  We’ve been building custom solutions for customers over the years and they have tailored, customized and built solutions specific to their needs while maintaining a hold on their budgets.

There’s lots of options out there and it’s a really exciting time to get into a CRM if you’re not there already.
