Account Executive

Eligeo CRM is seeking an Account Executive to join our remote work team. Eligeo CRM is a remote work focused organization based in Vancouver, BC with staff located throughout North America.

In this role you will be expected to drive new business growth in to the organization from across North America. You are well versed in technology and understand how it can benefit potential customers and how it can change the way their businesses operate. We are offering you the chance for a flexible role while also the opportunity to earn unlimited, uncapped commission over and above a base salary.

Job Requirements:
• Must have experience selling to B2B.
• Must have experience selling complex sales where solutioning technology is required.
• Must be able to have technical conversations with customers and their teams to solve technology problems and business issues.
• Must be well versed in CRM technology and software development.
• This is a software development account executive role. You must have experience in this field in order to work for us.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Work with the CEO to determine sales priorities and objectives.
• Develop and maintain an account list from scratch.
• Cold call lists that you procure on your own.
• Develop quotes and proposals for customers based on sets of products & services.
• Listen to prospects and customers to identify new opportunities for Eligeo CRM to pursue.
• Sell, Sell, Sell

There is no way to sugar coat it other than we want someone who is not only great at selling, but an overall great person. We work with the most sensitive information that a business will work with and it’s imperative that we have someone who can relate ideas and common sense to prospects.

You must be technical. Although we have technical resources on staff, they are busy doing the work that you’re selling. You need to be able to demo software and explain the benefits of software in a business. This isn’t something that is trained but rather learned through your career.

Remote Work:
Eligeo CRM is a remote work business. We do not have physical office locations and our staff work from the comfort of their home offices. You must have a reliable and separated office environment at your home so that you can focus on your work. In addition to working from home we also offer a number of our perks including technology allowances, health benefits, travel and bi-annual company retreats.

Compensation:
• Base Salary
• Commission (No caps, sell more then make more)
